Packer and Full Court Press Link With Reebok to Celebrate the Return of the Question Low "Grey Toe"
Dropping alongside a collaborative tee.
Allen Iverson‘s iconic Reebok Question has picked up quite the amount of steam here in the initial half of 2021 via a myriad of releases. Its lower profiled model was recently spotlighted through a bring-back of its Celtics-friendly “Green Toe” revival, and now it’s being pushed to the forefront again in the form of a “Grey Toe” retro drop. To celebrate its return, Jersey City’s Packer, alongside Full Court Press have joined hands with the vector brand to create a special editorial campaign and collaborative tee.
This version of AI’s chopped down silhouette is fashioned with neutral tones exclusively, the most pronounced being a clean white that adorns the kicks’ leather side paneling, mesh tongues and synthetic tongues. Following suit is a “Pure Grey 3” hue that pours onto the patent leather toe boxes and lace loops, as well as a “Pure Grey 3” pigment which maneuvers its way onto the vector logos that are embroidered into the mid-foot and tongues. Save for the gray hexagon-shaped pods that are stationed just below the base, the rest of the midsoles are absent of any other coloring. Treading doesn’t stay true to the classic icy blue skin but instead elects to go with a grey tint to align more with the shoe’s overarching greyscale ethos.
The Reebok Question Low “Grey Toe” will be available 10am EST this Friday, May 21st via Packer for $130 USD. Early reports say that the shoes are expected to receive a wider release through select retailers on June 10. The “Look in the Mirror” tee that’s designed by Full Court Press will also be dropping at the same time in black and white colorways for $45 USD.
