Lil Wayne, Birdman and Roddy Ricch Drop New "STUNNAMAN" Music Video
Weezy and Birdman are making a comeback following their infamous 2018 beef.
Birdman is back, dropping his new record and video “STUNNAMAN” featuring Cash Money‘s head honcho Lil Wayne and fellow rapper Roddy Ricch. “Stunnaman” is currently featured on the soundtrack of Nick Cannon’s film, She Ball.
The track is a play on one of Birdman’s famous alter egos. This one, in particular, pertains to how Diddy motivated the artist into becoming the “number one stunna.” In a recent interview, one of Cash Money’s ex-artists, Hot Boy Turk revealed details of the conversation between Diddy and Birdman stating, “Puffy stunted on us one time. Man look, all of us had Rolexes. … Baby had two of ‘em. Puffy like, ‘Man look, hold up. I got one watch one ni**a … cost more than all six of y’all watches put together.’ It was a Franck Muller back in the day. Motherf**ker was a million-dollar watch.”
Turk continued, “He f*cked us up, dawg. That ni**a Puffy stunted on Baby—well, he stunted on us. Baby was like, ‘F**k that. Man, listen. Ain’t no other ni**a gon’ ever out stunt me.’ That ni**a went stunt crazy! That’s when he became the number one stunna.”
The single sees Weezy and Birdman reunite after a longstanding beef that ignited in 2016. In 2018, the two called a truce onstage at Lil Weezyana Fest and later recorded joint single, “Ride Dat” with Juvenile.
