atmos and PUMA's New Suede MIJ Collab Is Imagined as a Vintage Sukajan
Faithfully referencing vintage souvenir jackets.

atmos has given PUMA‘s Suede silhouette a bold spin. Aptly dubbed “Sukajan,” the new collab imagines the look of a vintage souvenir jacket on the shoe’s uppers.
The shoes are part of Puma’s MIJ (Made in Japan) line, which offers premium fabrics and material updates to the classic silhouette. Black is the shoe’s dominant shade, bringing out the intricate embroidery found on the uppers. There’s a bright yellow tiger motif placed on the shoe’s lateral sidewalls, complemented by a large silver-toned stripe and a handful of bamboo graphics. On the medial side is a skewed map of Japan that faithfully references this motif found on the back of many war-time Sukajans. Other details like “PUMA” branding on the tongue, black suede and nylon panels and a white midsole finish off this vibrant collaboration.
atmos and PUMA’s Suede MIJ “Sukajan” collab is currently available for raffle until April 23 on atmos’ website for ¥22,000 JPY (approximately $203 USD).
