Ariana Grande has received a total of 10 new platinum plaques this April 2021.

According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), her most recent album positions has sold over a million units to go platinum, while its title track and single “34+35” have each sold over two million units to go double platinum. The entries were all released in late October 2020, meaning that they impressively reached this milestone in just under six months.

Some of Grande’s older work have also earned some new certifications; her May 2016 collab with Nicki Minaj, “Side to Side,” has sold over six million units to go 6x platinum, her “Dangerous Woman” single and album are now 4x platinum and double platinum respectively, “Be Alright” and her Lil Wayne-assisted cut “Let Me Love You” have gone platinum, “Focus” has gone double platinum and her hit “Into You” is now 4x platinum.

Elsewhere in music, the FCC received more than a thousand complaints regarding Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s “WAP” performance at the 2021 GRAMMYs.
