A Closer Look at Nice Kicks' "Have A Nice Day" adidas Consortium Ultra4D Collaboration
Designed to “put a positive spin on the practice of social distancing.”
After first previewing the sneaker late last month, Nice Kicks has now given an up-close look at its latest project with adidas Consortium. The all-new collaboration — dubbed “Have A Nice Day” — features the Ultra4D silhouette, a fusion of an UltraBOOST upper and a 4D midsole.
The latest collaboration continues the theme from previous releases, with Nice Kicks once again using a tie-dye print across the upper. For the Ultra4D, the sneaker has been dressed in a black and white spiral tie-dye pattern which covers most of the upper. Supporting this, the heel section, heel counters and Three Stripe cage are finished in the same jet black as the 4D midsoles. The only pop of color is the Nice Kicks logo, a small hit of bright red appaearing on the tongue.
Launching the sneaker, Nice Kicks explained that it is focused on bringing good vibes. Adding that the sneaker “puts a positive spin on the practice of social distancing,” the retailer continues, “We could all use good vibes right now and the Nice Kicks team made that the focus of this exclusive adidas sneaker. We are all relearning how to work and socialize in our current world. The Nice Kicks x adidas Consortium Ultra4D “Have a Nice Day” is designed to help you navigate the new normal and enjoy spending time outdoors.”

As well as its new partnership with Nice Kicks, adidas is also preparing to bring back the OG Futurecraft 4D.
