lululemon Lab's SS21 Collection Is Full of Tapered and Progressive Fits
lululemon’s technical offerings for the wet months ahead.
lululemon has recently released its Spring/Summer 2021 collection lookbook for its technically-inclined Lab line. As the intersection for function, fashion and design, each piece in this Lab collection is made for the hustle and bustle of city life — transitioning seamlessly from casual comfort to more demanding scenarios.
Factoring all the elements experienced during the spring and summer seasons, this collection features technical details like Glyde fabric construction, Lycra elastane, thermoregulation spacer layers, and lululemon’s SWIFT fabric. The outerwear pieces also see 3L waterproofing in case you run into a downpour while on your way to work or during a run.
This season sees an assortment of items with tapered and progressive fits in the form of the Pacatus Half Zip, Interritus Short 6”, Ashta Henley Long Sleeve, Sudus Half Zip, Sudus Utility Vest, and Bivium Mock Neck, to name a few. A number of pieces see a unique Lab-exclusive digital and tie-dye print in a “trompe-l’oeil” pattern along with a Kombu wash and Bloom dye. lululemon has also addressed the global concerns in sustainability in this collection with the ongoing use and adoption of recycled nylon.
Those interested in shopping the collection can find it now over at lululemon.
