Diadora Unveils Its Ultra-Light Equipe Corsa Runner
Weighing in at just 210 grams.
Diadora is a label steeped in tradition. Founded in 1948, the Italian sportswear aficionado became synonymous with football and tennis in the 1980s, sponsoring stars like Marco van Basten, Roberto Baggio and Björn Borg to name a few.
Drawing on this rich sportswear history, the label introduces its all new Equipe Corsa, that takes notes from Diadora’s first ever running sneaker released back in the 1970s.
Weighing just 210 grams, this innovative runner is the brand’s lightest sneaker to-date. Crafted with a semi-sheer nylon air mesh and microfibre TPU, the Equipe Corsa is perfect for speedy workouts or faster jaunts.
Boasting a fusion of the brand’s dd anima technology and a springy Pebax outsole offers an ultra-responsive feel and forward propulsion with every step.
Arriving in either “Lily White/Mecca Orange” or “Black/White/Saffron”, Diadora’s Equipe Corsa is available to buy now from the brand’s online store, retailing at £130 (approximately $180 USD).
