Kanye West's adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 Enters New Era with the "Mono Pack"
Four new styles, each featuring a translucent mesh upper and a visible inner cage.

Kanye West‘s adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 is set to enter a new era with the “Mono Pack.” Since its inagural “Beluga” colorway released in September 2016, the 350 V2 has largely stuck to a formula: Primeknit upper, colorful (or translucent) side stripe, bulbous BOOST midsole. However, all four styles in the “Mono Pack” — “Mono Mist,” “Mono Cinder,” “Mono Clay” and “Mono Ice” — flip the script to bring a new look to the near-ubiquitous silhouette.
This new look is centered around two pieces: a reworked upper that uses semi-translucent mesh in place of Primeknit plus a visible inner cage that wraps around the midfoot and forefoot. Though adidas has yet to release official images of any “Mono Pack” style, early production images and the YEEZY MAFIA mock-ups posted above indicate that all four will offer fairly simple color schemes, opting to let the new construction do most of the talking.
“Mono Mist” belies its name by using rich brown shades, “Mono Cinder” offers stark black hues, “Mono Ice” supplies a chilly blue tone with white detailing and “Mono Clay” takes shape with orangish-brown colorblocking. Though the top half may be altered in construction, each sits above a familiar beefy midsole with a full-foot BOOST cushioning setup.
At the time of writing, info and photos are forthcoming — but you can get an idea of what each pair may look like above, and expect a release later this summer.
