Amsterdam-based imprint Pop Trading Company has unveiled the lookbook for its forthcoming Spring/Summer 2021 collection, in which it also teases a collaboration alongside Dutch artist Thomas van Rijs.
Pop — who ended 2020 with a Jack Purcell Pro collab with Converse — has focused on a compact range of brand staples for this collection, highlighting stripes, sweats, knitwear, outerwear and accessories, all of which adorn a variety of bright colorways, perfect for sunnier times.
Within this collection, Pop has also showcased garments designed with Amsterdam-based artist Thomas van Rijs, who’s become renowned for interpreting his memories and experiences in his artwork.
His paintings, often reconstructions of fragmented and bygone memories, have been used on a selection garments and reworked with the brand’s quintessential logo.
