Nike and its innovative family of NEXT% models finds itself among the cream of the crop in terms of running shoes on the market right now, and one that has been gaining a sizable amount of steam is the Air Zoom Tempo NEXT%. Following the reveal of its offering that’s inspired by Shanghai architecture, the everyday runner has now been brought to light in a fresh “Hyper Turquoise” colorway.

Exuberant in aesthetic, the low-cut model opts to drip its tightly-knitted upper base in its titular tone, which in turn gives way for its darker-themed accents to overtly stand out. Unfinished lateral Swooshes which bleed down onto the midsole, medial side Nike checks, insole branding and heel tabs are all identically styled in black. Furthermore, “Chlorin Blue” notes poke out through the shoe’s branded embroidery that runs down the aforementioned tab.

Midsoles are primarily swathed in a clean white, but also bring in more “Hyper Turquoise” splashes which rest atop the forefoot. Exposed Air units are formed with a see-through shell which houses “Chlorin Blue” Air units. All-black outsoles are stacked down beneath to finish off its design.

If you’re seeking to cop a pair, Nike Japan has these available now for ¥24,200 (approx. $230 USD).

If lifestyle Nike runners are more your style, the Air Structure Triax 91 has been revealed in a retro colorway.
