In January 2021, Nike announced the revival of its classic Air Structure Triax 91. Now, Nike has debuted a new retro colorway.

The latest rendition of the Air Structure Triax 91s is dressed in a Black, Platinum Violet, Bluster and White color scheme. The structural construction of the uppers does not stray away from the classic model, still maintaining an artful blend of leather, TPU and mesh to create the intricate textures that make the silhouette recognizable.

The retro pair arrives in a black mesh base and muted grey-purple or Platinum Violet overlays. The same shade can be seen on the heel tab and heel tab, balancing the black accents throughout. Additional pops of pink, blue and volt are used sparingly for extra vibrancy. The shoe features a white midsole, as well as Air Max cushioning in the heel, topped off with a black rubber outsole design. The color construction in tandem with the design delivers a retro color-blocked version of the classic Air Structure Triax 91s.

The shoe is currently available for purchase in Asia but is expected to release in North America soon online at Nike. The Air Structure Triax 91 is expected to retail for $140 USD.
