A Kind of Guise Unveils Second SS21 Collection
Part two of its impressive seasonal offering.
Following the first instalment of its Spring/Summer 2021 collection earlier this month, German label A Kind of Guise returns for its second seasonal offering, and a continuation of its homage to past journeys.
The campaign — entitled “Postcards From Everywhere” — is a nod to the brand’s love of travelling and its penchant for seeking inspiration from far-flung destinations. With travel currently limited, the brand has remembered past journeys and used some of its favourite fabrics and techniques in its SS21 collection.
Stand-out pieces include the Seaton Button Down Shirt, a loose-fitted garment crafted with a shiny Italian cotton fabric, which features a patch pocket detail and a hanger loop at the rear. The Oulu Jacket — which comes in an “Ink Dyed Navy” pattern — also catches the eye, and is a fully-padded lightweight jacket made from a light cotton blend seersucker.
Down below, elasticated chinos, Terek jeans, Samurai trousers and pencil pants offer a series of sophisticated-yet-comfortable looks, while an array of outerwear, layering pieces and headwear completes another outstanding collection from the brand.
