A Kind of Guise Returns to Georgia For Final FW21 Capsule
As cozy as it is functional.
Returning for its final instalment of Fall/Winter 2021, German label A Kind of Guise presents its latest selection of apparel and accessories, all of which draw inspiration from the lifestyle and history of Eastern Europe’s Georgia.
Designed with treacherous winter conditions in mind, this third and final drop is arguably the most stand-out yet. Taking notes from the country’s reputation for its hospitality, extensive cuisine and wine making, as well as the visual aspects, A Kind of Guise delivers everything from outerwear and knitwear, to Bebo scarves and Khoni hats.
A reflection of the brand’s close attention to detail, functionality and high-quality, stand-out pieces from the capsule include the Bebo knit sweater inspired by traditional Georgian rugs, a Deniro coat with a statement belt at its heart, and a duo of pullover Swaneti jackets arriving in either “Burned Orange” or “Midnight Navy”.
The Veluri Duffle coat also catches the eye thanks to its removable inner jacket, alongside a Nadugi winter parka in a striking “Kasbek Camouflage” or a more subtle “Gravel Navy” iteration.
