Aziz Ansari‘s Netflix series Master of None is reportedly returning for a third season.

According to reports, filming is set to take place in London and Ansari, who plays Dev Shah, will be joined by Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker star Naomi Ackie, who will likely be his new love interest. Lena Waithe will also supposedly reprise her role as Dev’s friend Denise, but the return of other characters like Francesca (Alessandra Mastronardi) is still under wraps. Production was already underway in Spring 2020 but was postponed due to COVID-19, and is set to resume some time this year.

Master of None has won Emmys for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series in 2016 and 2017, and Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Comedy Series. Ansari also went home with the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy in 2018.

Stay tuned for a trailer and release date.
