Albino & Preto is back with JSP for a new collection. The capsule reflects on its past collaborative efforts from 2013, yet tells of how the two names have evolved over time.

Starting from the blueprint of the multi-panel sweatpants, inspired by their first joint release from eight years ago, the hues from the camouflage pattern arrives in colorblocked form on a five-panel hat, a reworked sweatsuit, and across the A&P signature training kimono.

Jimmy Gorecki of JSP comments: “I’ve always been intrigued by the world of Jiu-Jitsu. So many of my close personal friends, and older generation fashion enthusiasts, skateboarders alike that I’ve grown up looking up to have studied the art form for many years. Many of which are married, have families. It took me some time to recognize what the artform did for them. A certain physical and mental stimulation I could see helped them focus on being the best version of them in every aspect of their lives. I know and understand that side of discipline and work ethic having grown up in gyms studying Taekwondo, as well as Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling.”

Each piece relishes in olive, black, brown, and cream tones whole contrasting co-branded patches arrive in key areas of the softgoods. The branded labels see the A&P and JPD logos at the bottom of the kangaroo pocket, the top of the sweatpants, and on the front of the five-panel. The training kimono features of 10 oz cotton-canvas construction with “STND.ISSUE” embroidered on the right side of the chest.

Those interested can find the JSP x A&P training kimono and 5-panel dropping on Albino & Preto’s online store on January 27 at 8 a.m. PST. The sweatsuit will be available exclusively at Standard Issue Tees the same day at 10 a.m. PST.
