STAUD's New Balance 327 Collaboration Exudes Quiet Luxury
Sleek neutral tones interrupted by plush leather and gum soles.

After issuing a pair of colorful 997 running sneakers, activewear authority STAUD has prepped another New Balance partnership, accompanied by a new selection of sporty wearables. This time, the womenswear label has selected the 327 as its collaborative silhouette, remixing the retro running shoe with a minimalist color palette and premium touches.
You can’t go wrong with a gum sole, especially on a silhouette as timeless as the 327. STAUD utilizes the touch with great aplomb, balancing the appealing white and grey touches above with the warm-toned grippy sole below. The sneaker’s crown jewel, however, is the premium leather “N” logo that graces the sneakers’ lateral sides, lending the shoe a hint of luxury that complements the understated detailing elsewhere.
The bespoke New Balance 327 colorway hits STAUD’s website in womens’ sizes on September 24.
New Balance’s imposing collaborative streak recently yielded Salehe Bembury’s bespoke 2002 runners and and Luis de Guzman’s charitable 574.
