RHUDE Embroiders Vans' Diamo and Acer Ni Sneakers With All-Over Bandana Theme
Giving you one colorful suede pair or a DIY undyed canvas choice.

Rhuigi Villaseñor‘s Los Angeles-based imprint RHUDE has teamed up with Vans once again, this time around reworking the SoCal stalwart’s Diamo and Acer Ni sneakers.
The collaboration offers two incredibly intricate and playful looks, with the Diamo and Acer Ni both sporting an all-over embroidered bandana finish. However, where the Acer Ni sports a patchwork colorway made up of red, orange, yellow, purple, blue, and green suede, the Diamo comes in a more laid-back off white-hue and is made from traditional canvas.
RHUDE’s idea for the undyed Diamo is for wearers to customize their pair by themselves, adding plenty of color from the whole spectrum in any manner they desire. The synthetic thread that creates the bandana pattern won’t be dyed, and therefore will stand out against any colors you may wish to add to your otherwise plain sneaker.
However, the suede Acer Ni is already completely made-up for you. It even continues the color onto its classic off white sole unit, where a yellow license plate now appears. There’s also a set of RHUDE-branded laces for those wanting to liven the Acer Ni up even more.
The RHUDE x Vans Acer Ni and Diamo sneakers are set to release at retailers such as HBX on September 12 at 9 a.m. EST. Take a closer look at the pairs above.
In other news, HBX is giving you another chance to cop the New Balance 327 in its split “Gray/White” colorway.
