Quibi Has Renewed 'Reno 911!' for Another Season
Lieutenant Jim Dangle and crew will return.

After receiving its first-ever Emmy nominations, Reno 911! has now been renewed for another season. Now on Quibi, the mockumentary-style comedy television series landed on streaming service after ending its six-year run on Comedy Central back in 2009. Considered a reboot, the reimagined Reno 911! was just one of the shows on Quibi that received an Emmy nomination this year.
“Central Productions have announced that Reno 911! is set to return for an additional season on Quibi. Co-creators Robert Ben Garant, Thomas Lennon and Kerri Kenney-Silver are set to write and star,” Quibi announced. Ending the announcement with a note that the new season would be “coming soon.”
In case you missed it, production on The Batman has been halted after Robert Pattinson tested positive for COVID-19.
