'PUBG' Goes K-Pop With Upcoming BLACKPINK Collaboration
Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé and Lisa will soon be in your area.

After teasing earlier this week, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has now officially announced an upcoming collaboration with BLACKPINK.
Taking to its social media accounts, PUBG Corporation‘s hit online multiplayer battle royale game revealed the team-up coming to its mobile platform. Although not much has been revealed about the collaboration, Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé and Lisa are expected to be realized as special playable avatars. Teasers also hint at a BLACKPINK -hemed airdrop box, a pink car and the lightstick — associated with the die-hard BLACKPINK fans, BLINKS — becoming a useable weapon by way of a “lightstick hammer.”
Most recently, the powerhouse YG Entertainment K-pop girl group broke YouTube’s record for the biggest music video premiere and released “Ice Cream” with Selena Gomez which reached 13th spot on the Billboard Hot 100 list.
As the K-pop stars prepare to make their in-game debut, PUBG Mobile rival Call of Duty: Warzone is expected to hit phones in the near future.
