Pharrell and adidas Originals boast one of the most expansive partnerships in the world of footwear, with a Rolodex chock-full of everything from high-top basketball shoes to essential sweatsuits and BOOST-equipped slides. However, one of the two’s bread-and-butter sneakers is the original NMD Hu, a silhouette that’s now appeared in an ethereal white colorway.

One piece uppers are built of crisp white mesh, with contrast provided by black collar trim and flecks of silver on the rope laces. These laces are held in place by a recognizable white plastic midfoot cage, and a white leather heel tab is stamped with adidas‘s Trefoil logo in black. Signature detail is served by the toebox — which is equipped with embroidered white Chinese characters.

Typically colorful, the human anatomy-illustrated insoles are done up in simple black. Midsoles feature a full-foot white BOOST cushioning setup with a duo of white bricks on the heel and forefoot, while white outsoles round off the look.

A release date for this airy Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu has yet to be announced, but you can look for an arrival later this fall with a likely retail price of $220 USD.
