Justin Bieber Links With Chance The Rapper for New Collab "Holy"
Accompanied by a short film.
Justin Bieber has enlisted past collaborator Chance The Rapper for his latest single, “Holy.”
The three-and-a-half-minute track is a warm and heartfelt effort from the two and begins with Bieber singing over cordial keys. It begins to pick up in the first chorus with a choir and additional instruments backing up the singer as he sings of a love he hasn’t experienced before. Chano enters about halfway through with his own melodic offering, but he eventually switches to a more rap-sounding flow before the song ends with a final chorus from Biebs. “Holy” also arrives with a short film helmed by “WAP” director Colin Tilley which stars Ryan Destiny and That 70’s Show actor Wilmer Valderrama.
The announcement of their new collab follows the news of the postponement of Bieber’s world tour until 2021. The lengthy and rerouted engagement is spread across 45 dates from June to August 2021, with 19 new arena dates added. Kehlani and Jaden Smith, who were originally slated to join the Changes singer on tour, will no longer be appearing and will be replaced with a new supporting artist.
