Playboy and Soulland Link up for Retro-Inspired Summer 2020 Capsule
Emblazoned with prints of vintage magazine covers.
Playboy and Soulland have reunited once again for a vivid Summer 2020 capsule. Highlighting a range of breezy warm-weather layers, the assemblage follows a lineup of thicker garments from the two labels’ FW19 collection.
The capsule is made up of brightly colored short-sleeve button-ups and three graphic T-shirts. The former silhouette comes in three colorways, yellow, blue and green, emblazoned with various prints of vintage Playboy Magazine covers. Each shirt boasts a relaxed cut constructed with rich Tencel twill fabric that complements its notched lapels, chest pocket, shell buttons and single-stitched seams. Rounding off the capsule are black T-shirts, also highlighted with large vinyl prints of retro covers, this time appearing at the back, while the front is marked with each cover’s corresponding issue date.
Playboy and Soulland’s Summer 2020 capsule is currently available on Soulland’s website, ranging from $70 – $248 USD.
