The Strokes have dropped off an accompanying music video to their track “Ode To The Mets,” taken from the band’s newest album The New Abnormal.

Directed by Darren Fu, the animated visual continuously zooms out to showcase eight landscapes from different artists: the “Ancient Era”, the “Streets,” the “School,” the “Toys,” the “Circuitry,” the “Speakeasy,” the “Underwater” and finally, the “Moon.”

The band first debuted “Ode To The Mets” during their New Year’s Eve show at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, along with announcing their first studio album since 2013’s Comedown Machine. The New Abnormal was revealed in February 2020 and subsequently released in April.
