Budapest-based label Nanushka has shared the lookbook for its Resort 2021 collection, titled Human/Nature. Designed by Sandra Sandor, the menswear and womenswear call upon the powerful inspiration of nature and its transformative effect on the world. The collection is comprised of sustainable fabrics, like 100 percent recycled mesh jersey, FSC-certified satin, organic cotton, regenerated leather and repurposed faux-fur, while drawing from natural elements, colors and textures.

Organic shapes inform the first part of Human/Nature, called “Reflection.” Relaxed, deconstructed suiting complements workwear-inspired outerwear and fluid trousers. Across womenswear, cut-out and twist-front tops are paired with ruched skirts and wide-legged pants. Sea-washed finishes, earthy tones and materials like fish net, open weave and twill reflect the collection’s focus on natural life and sustainability. Even the collection’s hardware is inspired by fishing communities and the Ama women of Japan.
