FaZe Clan and Juice WRLD's Estate Issue Collaborative 'Legends Never Die' Capsule
Launching in time for the late rapper’s posthumous album.
Coinciding with Juice WRLD‘s posthumous Legends Never Die record, FaZe Clan has announced the release of a Legends Never Die capsule collection created in collaboration with the late rapper’s estate and Quantum PFS. FaZe Clan’s in-house design team drew from Juice WRLD’s new album and legacy to create the bold graphics, centered around fond memories of a paintball game the rapper and eSports team enjoyed in 2019.
Like previous FaZe Clan collaborations, including Manchester City ad BE@RBRICKs, co-branding and bright colors take center stage, celebrating Juice WRLD’s larger-than-life personality. Graphic tees, a hoodie and a paintball set feature Juice WRLD and “LEGENDS NEVER DIE” text and illustrations of Juice WRLD, complete with stylized FaZe Clan logos. Neutral black basics ensure maximum contrast against the rich hues of the “999”-emblazoned paintball set, which also boasts the album’s name written along the collar.
“Juice had a huge impact on my life personally, and the fact that we get the chance to work with this team on this drop for his posthumous album is really, really special,” FaZe Adapt said in a statement. “What I miss most about Juice is his presence. He said a lot of things that a lot of people were afraid to address in his music. He made people feel like they weren’t alone, which is one thing I always hold close.”
“Juice really loved gaming and loved the FaZe guys,” continued Juice WRLD’s manager Peter Jideonwo. “They did an amazing job on this merch line and we are so glad to see this collaboration is coming out in honor of Legends Never Die.”
