Beyoncé Drops "Already" Video And 'The Lion King: The Gift Deluxe'
The video arrives just hours before its debut on Disney Plus.
Ahead of its official debut on Disney, Beyoncé has dropped the official video for “Already” from her visual ‘Black Is King’ album that was released today. As well as this unveiling, she also released a deluxe edition of The Lion King: The Gift.
Described as a visual album to go alongside her Lion King album, Black Is King features Beyoncé’s “Already” to which the video was due to premiere on Disney Plus just hours before Beyonce herself shared the video on social media.
Black Is King has promised to highlight “the voyages of Black families, throughout time” and tell the story of “a young king’s transcendent journey through betrayal, love and self-identity. Black Is King is an affirmation of a grand purpose, with lush visuals that celebrate Black resilience and culture.”
The new deluxe edition of her Lion King album – released alongside the 2019 hit movie – also features two new songs, “Black Parade”, which she released on Juneteenth, and a remix of “Find Your Way Back” with MELO-X.
