The Official Trailer for Psychological Thriller 'You Should Have Left' Is Here
The Kevin Bacon and Amanda Seyfried-led film releases on-demand on June 19.
Universal Pictures and Blumhouse‘s latest work, a psychological thriller called You Should Have Left starring Kevin Bacon and Amanda Seyfried, is releasing later this month.
You Should Have Left will be a premium video on demand (PVOD), meaning it will be available to watch at home immediately, rather than first releasing at cinemas.
The thriller was directed by Jurassic Park and Mission: Impossible screenwriter David Koepp, and is based on the German author Daniel Kehlmann’s 2017 novel, Du hättest gehen sollen. Bacon and Seyfried play a couple who take their daughter on a retreat to Wales seeking rest and peace.
However, their marriage is muddied by secrets, jealousy, and Theo’s (Bacon) past, which comes to the surface throughout the film. With this in mind, a dark force inside the house knows more than Theo or Susanna (Seyfried) have let onto each other, creating a psychological nightmare for the family.
