Vans Japan Links up With TOGA for Metal-Studded Authentics
Alongside a set of monochromatic logo T-shirts.
Vans Japan and TOGA have linked up for a metal-studded pair of Authentics alongside a set of T-shirts. Following its collaboration with PORTER, TOGA applied its signature embellishments over Vans’ classic silhouette and logo tees, this time around.
The Authentics have been decorated with a bevy of intricately crafted shiny metal studs all over the uppers. Silver-toned details contrast the shoe’s delicate black velvet foundation, complemented by tonal seams and piping. The shoe also comes with subtler details like metal eyelets that come in a variety of shapes. All of these features rest over a camo red midsole to round up the shoe’s design. This collaboration also comes with two monochromatic logo tees that’s been decorated with metal studs along the sides, completing the capsule with a nuanced summer essential.
The TOGA x Vans Authentic “Metal” and logo T-shirts are slated to launch on TOGA’s website for $186 USD and $168 USD, respectively, on June 19, 11 a.m. JST (June 18, 10 p.m. EDT). And with purchase of more than ¥20,000 JPY (approx. $187 USD), your order will come with a limited first-come-first-served red striped TOGA x Vans tote bag.
