Nike's Joyride CC Receives Striking "Black/Volt" Colorway
High contrast details for the futuristic runner.
Nike has unveiled a brand new iteration of its Joyride CC. Following its collaboration with Matthew M. Williams, the American footwear giant has given the silhouette a striking “Black/Volt” colorway.
Starting at the top of the shoe is a sleek leather tag, complemented by bright neon piping along the edge of the tongue. The uppers are dominated by a black shade in a mix of contrasting materials for a sleek and dynamic look. Adjacent to the smooth upper quarters is a textured leather overlay at the midsection, followed by a forefoot constructed with a hexagonal mesh weave. Furthermore, Nike’s logo takes the form of a small rubber patch logo at the midfoot. All of these details rest atop a crisp white midsole that’s been engineered with Nike’s Joyride technology, displaying a semi-translucent pod filled with tiny “Volt”-colored foam beads.
The Nike Joyride CC “Black/Volt” is currently available on Nike’s website for $140 USD.
