After dropping a range of watches inspired by Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker last year, watchmaker Meister returns with a new collection celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back. The Dark Side collection is comprised of three different timepieces, aptly named the Darth Vader, Stormtrooper and Boba Fett.

Kicking off the collection is the limited edition Darth Major watch. The matching accents in the dial and stealth black 50mm case is packed with the fictional character of the Dark Side’s signature look. Limited to only 150 pieces, the timepiece is equipped with multifunction movement and a calendar function. In contrast, the all-white Stormtrooper Ambassador X is designed to “fit seamlessly with stormtrooper attire.” A black dial and stainless steel bolts complement the stark white index and logo in the functional chronograph. A silicone rubber strap finishes off the piece, as opposed to the Major’s interchangeable leather band.

The third style in the celebratory range is Meister’s Boba Fett-inspired Ambassador X timepiece. Made of composite plastic and steel, the gray watch features silver stainless steel bezel, crown, pushers and bolts, along with a strap and case arriving in the same colors as Boba Fett’s armor. The watch is limited to only 100 pieces and is individually numbered on the back.

Take a closer look at the watch styles above. Retailing between $100 to $225 USD, the 40th anniversary Dark Side collection will launch on Meister’s website next week.

For more timepieces, Todd Snyder has revamped the popular Timex Q for yet another collaboration with the American watch brand.
