Eytys Goes Cyberpunk With Black Leather "Blade" Boots
Coming with an easy-entry side zip opening.
Eytys‘ affinity for futuristic footwear is most evident in its latest silhouette — “Blade” Leather boots. The Swedish label has been rolling out a number of chunky high tops, like the Western-inspired Impala Boots, offering a contemporary take on familiar molds; the new silhouette is no exception.
The “Blade” boots boast sleek black leather uppers that have been buffed to a glossy finish. Its ankle hugging construction comes with two sets of silver-toned clasps on the lateral side, while the medial features a long easy-entry zipper opening. Eytys’ signature purple pull tab juts out at the heel above a smooth reinforced backstay. Besides these details, much of the uppers have been kept clean and minimal, emphasizing the curved edges of the square-toed forefoot. All of these features rest over a large tonal midsole, complete with a contrasting metal plate at the heel and rugged treading along the outsole.
