Travis Scott and Nike are expanding their partnership once more with the upcoming release of an Air Max 270 React, which is dropping as part of the “Cactus Trail” pack. HYPEBEAST got its hands on a pair ahead of its release, showing the sneaker’s notable details up close such as its polar fleece collar and the use of a Sulphur dye tint that covers the upper, midsole and Air unit.

Taking a closer look at the hotly anticipated pair, you can see a bold mix of materials used throughout the upper. The toe box sports smooth brown nubuck, while a dusty cream textile has been used for the shoe’s base. Elsewhere, there’s the aforementioned polar fleece fabric taking form on the collar — which also houses the small orange embroidered swoosh emblem — as well as blue-gray suede that’s used for the eyestays.

A dark brown nubuck heel tab locks a “Cactus Jack”-branded heel-loop in place, while the tongue’s fabric tab is secured with a swoosh-branded toggle in navy. A dustier shade of navy lines the shoe’s interior, while the sole unit sports a Sulphur-washed look that gives it a dirtied yellow hue.

On the inside, La Flame’s signature “Cactus Jack” face graces the footbed in orange. Rounding out the pair is a dirtied off white outsole, and a final touch of white that highlights the mini swoosh on the forefoot.

Take a closer look at the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 270 React “Cactus Trail” in the gallery above, and pick up a pair for yourself from Nike’s website (Nike HK) and select retailers worldwide on May 29 for $170 USD.
