Unique Tesla Model S Station Wagon Surfaces for $200,000 USD
The “Model SB” offers extra functionality and handcrafted steel accents.

Inspired by a love for shooting brakes — essentially, sporty two-door station wagons — Floris de Raadt spent several years transforming a Tesla Model S into his dream automobile. Despite the extensive labor involved in revamping the electric car, de Raadt and his friends at JB Classic Cars are now offering the custom car, playfully dubbed the “Model SB,” for sale at nearly twice the price of a conventional Model S.
Along with now-shuttered Netherlands-based customization experts RemetzCar, de Raadt created his vision of a contemporary shooting brake (though it has four doors instead of two). The original structure of the Model S was almost entirely kept intact, a factor that designer Niels van Roij kept at the forefront of his creative process. Another key element are the “Bold Chrome” accents: large strips of handcrafted chromed steel that lend extra flash to the otherwise understated car. Other key tenets include a rear windshield wiper, 21-inch turbine wheels, hits of gold “RC” branding, beige/black leather interiors and respectable power specs: 422 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque.
de Raadt’s customized Tesla Shooting Brake is available via JB Classic Cars for €185,555 EUR (approximately $200,400 USD).
Meanwhile, one Tesla enthusiast recently imagined the Cybertruck as a camper concept.
