The campaign highlights activists and influencers in the LGTBQ+ community who are fighting for equality, enlisting those to read “Proud Notes” written by their loved ones to tell their individual stories. The messages of encouragement, support and pride are read aloud in a film, which can be watched online.
Reebok’s “All Types of Love” collection is extensive and features the sportswear label’s Classic Leather, Club C 85, Zig Kinetica, Nano X, Forever Floatride Energy, and Instapump Fury sneakers. All feature a Pride-honoring colorway that depicts a rainbow color scheme in a dusty, powder dye-like print, appearing in numerous makeups.
For example, the Instapump Fury’s upper is completely covered in the rainbow colors and is contrasted with white components highlighting the sole unit, the upper’s base, and the hardware around the shoe. The Classic Leather and one of the Club C 85 models on offer appear in white leather with touches of rainbow, highlighting areas such as the sock liner and laces.
Rounding out the “All Types of Love” collection is a range of apparel choices, spanning T-shirts, workout gear, hats and socks. Reebok will also be donating $75,000 USD to the It Gets Better Project, an LGTBQ+ outreach program that uplifts, empowers, and connects LGBTQ+ youth around the world.
