Key Glock Drops New Mixtape 'Son Of A Gun'
15 tracks with no features.
Key Glock is following up his January 2020 project Yellow Tape with Son Of A Gun. Clocking in approximately 45 minutes long, the 15-track project hears the Memphis-born rapper riding it out solo, offering bars influenced by his rough upbringing laid overproduction that’s mostly done by frequent collaborator, Bandplay.
The album art of Son Of A Gun takes the saying quite literally, focusing on an old colored photo of the rapper and his mother. The childhood image was taken during one of his prison visits to see her, and he initially shared the full image with a heartwarming message. “Lord knows you made a BAD MF!! Nobody in dis world can compare to you,” he wrote on Instagram. “You taught me things that my dad didn’t even do..You made sh*t happen for me when nobody did!!”
