‘AUNTIE’ arrives later this summer.
Ian Isiah has announced a new project produced by Chromeo titled AUNTIE, commemorating the announcement with the release of lead single “N.U.T.S (N*GG* YOU THE SH*T).”
The track, the first since his March’s collaborative cover of “Blue Moon” alongside New York’s Onyx Collective, delivers the Hood By Air and Telfar muse’s signature uplifting energy, offering up some brisk poetics over a funky disco backdrop. “Nobody is perfect, baby we all deserve better/Gotta make some room, you gotta make some room/For people that wanna love ya,” he unapologetically croons.
AUNTIE, which arrives later this summer via Chromeo’s Juliet Records, is Isiah’s first project since 2018’s Shugga Sex Tape (Vol. 1).
