Shordie Shordie Returns With Lovelorn "L.O.V." Music Video
From his latest ‘>Music’ mixtape.
Baltimore’s own Shordie Shordie built up some serious momentum after he dropped his full-length project Captain Hook back in 2018. He followed that up with some noteworthy singles and features throughout last year like his infectious and vulnerable “Distractions” and the Wiz Khalifa and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie-featuring “Bitchuary (Betchua)” Remix. His three song EP, Me & Mine, Pt.1, continued to showcase his originality and rising talent.
Late last week, Shordie returned with his 13-track LP >Music via Warner Records. The 35 minute offering is compact and concise, full of new flows and addicting melodies as he floats through romantic ballads and street-leaning storytelling. The instrumentals blend regions from the West Coast and back to his native Baltimore. Today he returns with the new visual for “L.O.V.” – a modern love anthem with red-light district-inspired music video cinematography that details the ups and downs of intimacy. The camera follows him through his hometown and into his studio to record the lovelorn track. Watch the full offering above and be sure to stream his latest record, >Music below.
