Sheff G Handles Bricks of Cash in New Visuals for "MOODY"
The Brooklyn drill representer is back.
The Brooklyn drill representer Sheff G has been showing no signs of slowing down. Following the release of his visuals for “8th Block” from January, the New York City native is back with a brand new music video for his single “MOODY.”
Measuring at approximately one minute and 45 seconds, the song is steeped in a smooth midtempo groove that’s kept mostly minimal. Produced by Great John, the track is decorated with hazy acoustic guitar riffs, backed by syncopated drums as Sheff G carries the song with his melodic vocal delivery. Notable quotes like “Run and tellin’ twelve, 2012 name been ringing like bells / Nineties baby, I was prolly like twelve” and “Don’t f*ck around we get moody / Shots in directions like we making movies.” To accompany the laidback sound of the single, the visuals show Sheff G hanging with a big crew, handling bricks of cash as the people around him turn up the party.
