Monkey Time and Rajabrooke Link up for Southeast Asia-Inspired Seasonal Layers
Embellished with traditional Batik patterns.

Monkey Time is back with another bold collaboration. The Japanese label has linked up with Rajabrooke for a concise set of breezy seasonal layers inspired by styles and prints from Southeast Asia. This project follows a co-sign with Dickies unveiled just last week.
The capsule includes a stole, a T-shirt and a pair of pants, each emblazoned with a distinctive Batik pattern. Rich brown and yellow tones appear throughout the stole, illustrating a number of traditional motifs, like lotus flowers and beetles. In contrast, “rajabrooke” branding is placed at the center of the piece in small white font, popping out from the bold colors. As a final note, the piece comes with frayed edges for a vintage-inspired look. The T-shirt and pants are constructed with a light, breezy quick-drying fabric, embellished with another Batik pattern in black and midnight navy. Both garments come with a semi-boxy fit, complemented by tonal ribbing at the hem and collars for a clean finish.
The Monkey Time x Rajabrooke 2020 capsule will be available at UNITED ARROWS’ website on April 10, ranging from $30 – $242 USD.
