KAPITAL Drops Chunky 3D-KOUNTRY Wallabee
A vintage camp-inspired crepe shoe.
KAPITAL has dropped a bold new silhouette from its expansive Spring/Summer 2020 lineup: a suede-tinged Wallabee with a chunky 3D-Kountry crepe sole. This release follows a set of boxy cream-colored Smiley hoodies unveiled just last week.
Coming in colorways of beige and black, the shoe boasts a relatively narrow build atop a rugged foundation. Starting at the top of the silhouette are two pairs of eyelets with skinny leather laces. Below it, smooth piping appears along the moc-seam edges of the forefoot to match the collars. To offset its suede uppers, the shoe comes with a thick crepe sole that’s been embellished with a set of “KOUNTRY” flag motifs, appearing in an array of vintage graphics and palettes for a rustic outdoor camp-inspired look.
