KAPITAL Unveils Meticulously Handcrafted Cow Leather Wallets

KAPITAL is back with a brand new set of accessories from its Spring/Summer 2020 lineup. Following its silver Smiley Bangles unveiled around the start of the month, the Japanese label has dropped hand crafted wallets made from delicate cow leather.
Offered are two wallets: one with a highly detailed design and another that’s more minimal. The more decorated version is embellished with a rich floral pattern that appears around the edges. The left side of the wallet comes with an image of a sewing machine, while the right side is etched with the words “UNION SPECIAL.” Inside, “WAPI SABI FOR KAPITAL” branding has been thinly stamped below a set of four card slots — the other half of the wallet sports a foldable coin compartment that comes with a silver-toned snap button closure. The wallet’s more minimal counterpart sees the same motifs on the outside, without the floral details, for those who prefer a cleaner aesthetic.
Both wallets are currently available on KAPITAL’s website for $283 – $325 USD.
