To commemorate the opening of its Floragatan 13 headquarters in Stockholm, Acne Studios enlisted British artist Daniel Silver to design collaborative T-shirts. Silver is a London-based artist widely-know for his figurative sculptures inspired by ancient Greece, modernist sculpture, and Freudian psychoanalytic theory. The artist works with various materials such as concrete, bronze, marble, stone and wood to create his works that resemble ancient monuments or totems.

The special edition tees feature Silver’s latest series of abstract, fabric collages made using surplus fabrics pulled from the brand’s archives. Each physical artwork featured on the tees was cut, assembled, and then bonded onto the jersey textile by hand. The capsule is comprised of four unique collages over base colors of white, black, green and pink.

The tees will be available for purchase starting April 30 on Acne Studios’ website for $220 USD each. Watch the film below to learn how Daniel Silver worked with Acne Studios’ Creative Director Jonny Johansson over the years to bring his sculptural approach to fashion.

Elsewhere in fashion, Travis Scott recently dropped more Fortnite Astronomical Tour merch.
