First previewed in Rowing BlazersSpring/Summer 2020 lookbook, a capsule collection of T-shirts and hoodies created in collaboration with legendary American photographer Slim Aarons has dropped today. Best known, in his own words, for capturing “attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places,” Aarons photographed his subjects in their natural states and environments. Like the photographs themselves, the collection’s vibrant color palette evokes the spirit of summertime nostalgia.

While Aaron’s poolside scenes are among some of his most famous photographs, his work took him to polo grounds, ski slopes, grand hotels and the inside of castles. An “insider among insiders,” Aaron captured his glamorous subjects in a world far more beautiful than it could ever be. For Rowing Blazers’ collaboration with the photographer’s estate, T-shirts and hoodies feature five distinct images: two photographs of topless bathers in Capri and Saint-Tropez, and three others of spectators at Henley Royal Regatta, a polo match by the sea in Spain, and a lakeside summer picnic.

Ranging from $64 to $198 USD, the collection is available to shop now on Rowing Blazers’ website.

In other news, Daily Paper has teamed up with Ghanian visual artist David Alabo for a tarot-inspired capsule collection.
