RHUDE and PUMA Present Motorsport-Inspired Collection
Fresh takes on the Performer, Alteration and Ralph Sampson Lo, plus a full capsule of apparel and accessores.
PUMA and Rhuigi Villaseñor‘s RHUDE have joined forces for a motorsport-inspired collection with new takes on the Performer, Alteration and Ralph Sampson Low plus apparel and accessories. An apt follow-up to the duo’s well-received FW19 collaboration, this capsule blends PUMA’s European sport-geared ethos with RHUDE’s elevated take on classic California cool.
All three pairs boast a signature RHUDE palette of natural tones both earthy and airy plus co-branded tongue graphics. However, each adds its own unique doses of flair. The Performer proffers vivid pink gradient fades on its forefoot overlays and a touch of reflective detailing on the toe. Offering a bulkier look, the Alteration uses a bulbous midsole for a tire-like texture that’s accented further by cut-out overlays and a gum sole. Last but not least, the Ralph Sampson Lo is constructed of shaggy suede and presents its own pops of hi-vis reflective material.
Meanwhile, apparel includes key pieces like a pullover jacket, track-style pants with extended drawstrings, a classic t-shirt, a shimmering bucket hat and a biker-style chest rig. Each of these items also features bold branding and mixes a vintage feel with modern accents.
RHUDE and PUMA’s 2nd collection is set to arrive at the PUMA webstore and select stockists on March 7, with the Performer priced at $140 USD, the Alteration at $160 USD and the Ralph Sampson Lo at $130 USD.
