Microsoft Xbox Series X Full Specs Officially Announced
So powerful it can run four Xbox One S game sessions simultaneously.

Microsoft has officially unveiled the performance specs for its upcoming Xbox Series X. Highlights from the new gaming console include an internal storage of 1TB custom NVMe SSD, as well as a proprietary external 1TB expansion card, alongside its 8x Zen 2 Cores at 3.8GHz CPU that can effectively run four Xbox One S game sessions at once.
Xbox‘s standout feature is the Series X’s ability to play games from all four generations, upping performance, speed and compatibility along with enhanced graphics on some of the industry’s most loved games. As IGN reports, the Series X also seems to be able to add HDR effects to games that were not previously designed with that in mind, and it will also offer colorblindness settings to previously unsupported games.
The new game console’s performance target ranges from a standard of 4K at 60fps and up to 120fps under the most demanding circumstances. The Series X will also support hardware-accelerated DirectX Raytracing, meaning it will read properties of light and sound in real-time more accurately.
The main specifications are below:
CPU: 8x Cores @ 3.8 GHz (3.66 GHz w/ SMT) Custom Zen 2 CPU
GPU: 12 TFLOPS, 52 CUs @ 1.825 GHz Custom RDNA 2 GPU
Memory: 16 GB GDDR6 w/ 320mb bus
Internal Storage: 1 TB Custom NVME SSD
Expandable Storage: 1 TB Expansion Card
Optical Drive: 4K UHD Blu-Ray Drive
