HERESY Continues to Celebrate British Folklore for SS20
Referencing cave drawings, bog dwellers and “Strange Folk.”
London-based brand HERESY has unveiled the lookbook for its Spring/Summer 2020 collection, continuing to take influence from traditional British folklore for the capsule. The particular focus for this collection is on the lore that surrounds caves, bogs, hovels and the people that live there, giving the collection its “Dwelling” title. This theme is strongly referenced through the graphics in the collection, which include the “Strange Folk” imagery and full back prints of cave drawings.
Alongside the graphic tees, sweatshirts and hoodies, other stand-outs from the collection include the “Dweller” shirt, complete with all-over watercolor illustrations, and a cotton ripstop smock featuring hand-painted artwork. Rounding out the collection is a series of HERESY logo pieces, with sweats, T-shirts and caps all featuring the branding.
