Diplo‘s dancehall-fueled side project Major Lazer has returned with its latest collaboration alongside Marcus Mumford.

Centered around reassurance, “Lay Your Head On Me” sees the Mumford & Sons frontman deliver soothing lines over a bouncy beat. Carrying a tropical-folk distinction, the song is accented by choice guitar chords and assistive voice at chorus points. Elevating the track is co-writing from , who assisted with Major Lazer’s massive 2015 hit “Lean On.”
