To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Big Pun‘s classic posthumous record Yeeeah Baby, Ewing Athletics is serving up a special edition of its signature 33 Hi sneaker. Designed in conjunction with Pun’s surviving family members, the shoe features premium construction and details inspired by the album cover.
A striking red patent leather upper informs the special shoe, displaying a different warm hue depending on the surrounding light. Combined with the glistening, metallic-flecked icy outsole, the shoe showcases a gleaming aesthetic that complements the sparkling diamonds seen on the Yeeeah Baby cover. “YEAH BABY” is printed on the heels, while “BIG PUN” graces the tongue in stark bold text, to ensure the homage is unmistakable.
