adidas Revamps LXCON With Luminous Iridescent Highlights
Gleaming through sleek black mesh.
Following its “Signal Green” iteration of the LXCON from two weeks ago, adidas has returned with a brand new take on the silhouette. This time around, the sneaker model has been given shiny iridescent accents that pop out from its muted “Core Black” uppers.
Set amidst sleek black mesh, the new colorway sports a set of reflective materials that project a spectrum of luminous hues at different angles. Starting at the top, the shoe sees a tonal suede tongue marked with subtle “adidas” branding, complemented by round tonal laces. Running through its ripstop Three Stripes motif at the sidewalls, and wrapping around the heel counter, is transparent piping that offsets the textured mesh overlays. As a final touch, bold iridescent highlights appear around the upper quarter, heel and toebox, while an articulated adiPRENE midsole rounds up the sneaker’s design.
The iridescent adidas LXCON “Core Black” is currently available at Browns’ website for $99 USD.
