1017 ALYX 9SM Indivisible Leather Sneakers Arrives in Triple-Black
Bold textural contrasts.
Two weeks ago, 1017 ALYX 9SM unveiled a croc-tinged iteration of all-black leather dress shoes. Matthew M Williams‘ label is back with yet another triple-black makeover, this time in the form of the technical Indivisible Leather Sneakers.
Starting at the top of the shoes are sleek black leather panels, covering the eyelet panels, heel counter, sidewalls and toecap. For textural contrast, breathable mesh textiles are placed at the upper collars, body and toebox, complemented by flat tonal laces. In line with the shoe’s muted design, “1017 ALYX 9SM” branding is subtly debossed near the lateral side of the collars, while jagged top-stitching appears near the toecap. To complete its dark color scheme, the silhouette comes with a chunky black Vibram sole, equipped with a massive, glossy TPU heel insert for optimal stability and cushioning.
